Fr. Rosensteel Council members meet on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the council home at 8:00 pm. except for the months of July and August when the second meetings are replaced by the Installation of Officers and the council picnic respectively. The first meeting of each month is a regular business meeting at which full reports on council activities are given, motions are made and voted upon, etc. The second meeting is designated as a "Social Meeting," and only such business as the chair (Grand Knight) deems necessary is conducted. It is during these meetings that we may conduct exemplifications of the First Degree (or Second Degree) for new members, the Council Lecturer may present guest speakers, or other special programs may be conducted. After each social meeting, the Lecturer provides light refreshments of food and drink for attendees.
