Take the Capital Beltway, I-495, to Georgia Avenue north. Go left (west) at the first cross street, Forest Glen Road. There is a traffic light, but getting across 3 lanes of traffic on Georgia may be difficult. It is often easier to turn right on Forest Glen and turn around at the first opportunity. Go 1/4 mile west on Forest Glen Road to Rosensteel Avenue. The Council home is on the corner on the right.
